so can u plz put an alternative paying way like mastercard or visa,etc.

A: Hmm, did you try and pay through paypal (rather than signing up with them) with your mastercard/visa? Perhaps they do not allow accounts to be made, but I think you should still be able to pay through them as they are a payment processor. Contact me through the site and we can work through this.
